Por ello,

RESUELVO: Llevar la ejecución adelante contra NICOLAS MARIO y JULIAN GERMAN VILLANUEVA -herederos de VILLANUEVA RODOLFO MARIO por la suma de $ 86.000.- ($ 49.000.- honorarios Dr. Fernando E. Detlefs y $ 37.000. - honorarios Dr. Mario Salvador Caccamo.-) con más sus intereses y costas.-

NOTIFIQUESE y REGISTRESE.

Agréguese.

Del martillero propuesto, traslado por cinco días.

Cúmplase con la notificación a los demandados (fs. 4 último párrafo) respecto al inmueble a subastar.
